About Me

Your counsellor is there for you to talk to. My job is to listen and reflect on your thoughts like a magnifying mirror until you have found the source of your problems and the solution for them.

 

You may feel worse before you feel better sometimes, and you will not receive advice nor judgment but plenty of understanding and empathy.

 

The sessions will encourage you to think and identify your feelings, making them easier to experience and discharge (or embrace and enjoy). Your counsellor is someone who, with your permission, will enter your world with respect and ensure that you do not deal with the problem alone.


Counselling is recommended weekly in face-to-face sessions for 6 weeks or more.
