4. Anxiety and Stress Counselling

“I am so unhappy at work. The stress is unbearable. Nothing I do is right. I feel like people talk behind my back. Even when I managed something I do not feel sure about it. The boss has never said a nice word to me in months. I feel like an idiot who is useless and will be kicked out anytime now. I lose sleep and I am eating too much because I cannot stop thinking about it”

There are things you can do well and there are things you just cannot do at all. Or maybe you can but you just do not know that yet. You can find out. Sometimes you just cannot bring yourself to try and do something you were not capable of in the past. Are you ready for a new challenging job? Is your progress as a student as good as it should be?


Most people (even successful ones) can be massively insecure. And almost all of them would deny that when you confront them. You are a healthy human being with talents and achievements of your short or long life. You have some difficulties but you do not why. You are desperate to find out what is wrong with you.
