My Approach

Counselling encourages clients to acknowledge and confront their issues, reflect critically, recall pertinent information, and engage in rational reasoning.

The method matters less—whether deep meditation or observing lights running back and forth—what's crucial is that it aligns with the individual client's preferences and needs.

Regardless of age, race, status, gender, orientation, cultural background, or lifestyle, everyone deserves a compatible therapist.
 

In recognising diverse needs, I can propose a blended use of counselling skills, incorporating intercultural therapy as required. If delving into the past and exploring unconscious thoughts is essential, Psychoanalytical elements can be introduced. 

Humanistic therapies foster self-development, growth, and responsibility, aiming to unveil strengths and creativity. 

Integrative counselling addresses mental, physical, and emotional needs comprehensively.

For those seeking an active approach, options like CBT and various creative therapies are readily available.
