How much does counselling cost?

Here are our terms and boundaries:
• Try to keep your appointment and communicate honestly if you have a problem. Everything can be sorted in the room.

• You can make appointments any time as long as there is a slot available but if you cancel the appointment within last 20 hours you are still liable to pay the full charge.

• If you have small children or another urgent need to stand by you may keep your phone on. But if not please keep it off or silent.

• If for whatever reason you are late to your session please notify us as soon as you can, but unfortunately the session still has to finish on time and cannot be extended.

• Please do accept that once your 50 minutes of the session is over it has to stop. It is not a matter of rudeness or lack of care. It’s just that another client might be waiting.

• The sessions are strictly confidential in accordance with BACP Policy of Ethics. Everything said in the room stays in the room. It is your choice to share your experience with other people but please bear in mind that in this case the company will not be able protect your confidentiality.

• If or when you are ready to terminate your sessions please do not feel uncomfortable in notifying your counsellor or coach. It is a part of the process and we will be happy if things are better and you do not require our services any more. If you are not happy with our service informing us about it can help us to improve.
