The new Ofsted criteria remains highly unreasonable and unfeasible, considering lack of resources and unclear guidance. I see a lots of good in new ides but some of them are just not working for my subject.

 

The amount of pressure is unbearable. I starting to think if I should quit the job I love. Some kids just want to be taught, not constantly searching and discussing something they did not learn yet. I am not sure if I can do that any more…
