Face to Face Therapy in Essex

You can contact an experienced therapist and book an appointment at your convenience if there is an available slot. Your 50-minute sessions are confidential (except in cases of suspected serious harm), and your personal data is protected and handled in line with UK GDPR. You are free to stop your sessions at any time you wish.

Therapy Sessions

Your counsellor is there for you to talk to. My job is to listen and reflect on your thoughts like a magnifying mirror until you have found the source of your problems and the solution for them. You may feel worse before you feel better sometimes, and you will not receive advice nor judgment but plenty of understanding and empathy. The sessions will encourage you to think and identify your feelings, making them easier to experience and discharge (or embrace and enjoy). Your counsellor is someone who, with your permission, will enter your world with respect and ensure that you do not deal with the problem alone.

Counselling prompts clients to address issues, reflect, recall information, and reason, irrespective of the method used. I prefer dynamic approaches like CBT and art therapy. Still, I can offer different approaches depending on the client, such as intercultural and humanistic.
